We are the only insurance provider with office locations at 933 Main in Forsyth and 6216 Main in Colstrip!

I was born and raised in rural Eastern Montana. Graduated from MSU-Billings with a B.S. in Finance. Joined State Farm in 1989 and after numerous promotions and moves decided in 2007 to move back to Montana and take over the State Farm agencies located in Forsyth and Colstrip. I am married and have 3 children. We love Eastern Montana and enjoy the wide opens spaces and the slower pace of life.

I love being able to help people with their insurance and financial services decisions. I understand the important role small businesses play in rural communities and strive to make sure my business and employees support our communities and do all that we can to make them a great place to live and work.

We live where you live and want to help our communities with their insurance and financial services needs. We will strive to be the preferred and respected provider in all of Rosebud County because of our knowledge, customer service and reliability. We will be known for our community involvement and recognized as an important partner in community growth. We are the only insurance provider with office locations in both Forsyth and Colstrip to allow our services to be convenient as possible for all of our current and future customers.

My team consists of 3 very talented people ranging in experience from 10 to 35 years. Penny and BreeAnn are located in Forsyth and Kerrie is in Colstrip office. Our goal is to provide absolute outstanding customer service to whomever we interact with!

Penny - I'm a lifelong Eastern Montana resident with over 27 years at State Farm in Forsyth. I'm currently the office manager and am extremely knowledgeable in all insurance lines. Outside the office I like to barrel race, I also secretary several PBR events and enjoy woodworking & re-purposing furniture. I volunteer my time with multiple local and state boards & organizations.

BreeAnn - I am a local girl, who was born and raised in Forsyth. My husband and I have 2 girls and a little boy. I have been working in the insurance industry for the past 14 years in Property, Auto, and Commercial Lines. In my free time you can find me chasing my kids with their activities, out on the golf course, or working on some sort of home improvement project. I am also extremely involved with the Forsyth Chamber of Commerce and Community projects.

Kerrie - I was born and raised in New Mexico, in 1989 we moved to Colstrip. I am married with three grown sons and six grandkids. I enjoy cooking and estate auctions. I also love the mountains, camping and four wheeling. Joined Shan’s team in 2010 and every day since it has been my pleasure to help our customers.
